David Arneson

Dave is a California native from the Bay Area. He attended UC Santa Barbara and he was the team captain of their Men’s Swimming Team. Prior to his Real Estate career, Dave operated in the Financial Accounting and Analysis divisions for large corporations. Due to this, Dave brings an institutional mindset about real estate because of his 11 years in financial services and concentration of his efforts on building multi-billion dollar asset-backed cash flow portfolios for publicly traded investment firms and investment banks. During his time in Finance, he flipped properties, reconfigured properties, and owned twelve different income properties. Also, as a financial professional, Dave obtained his CPA license, and with this technical ability, he now utilizes this training to support his clients’ goals. In addition to being a Realtor, Dave has a true gift for connecting with people and a passion for building businesses. Dave has also consulted with businesses as a strategic resource and has helped numerous companies realize and execute their respective business models. Away from the office, Dave enjoys the experience of volunteerism. He is a member of The Guardsmen, which is a nonprofit group that raises $2M annually to send school-age kids to summer camps and school. Dave also volunteers with his church and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
 

Kris Arneson

Kris is also a California native from the town of Lodi, CA. Kris received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pacific and then went on to the University of California San Francisco to achieve a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Since then, she has been passionate about caring for the goals of her clientele. With this experience, Kris has extensive experience understanding the needs of her clients and providing solutions for problems. She uses this wealth of experience with her Real Estate clientele to comprehend their desires and seek answers to their questions. When she is not spending time with her family, Kris enjoys running, Pilates and reading. Kris volunteers within her community at her church as well as with her kids' school. Kris’s passion for Real Estate comes from her prior involvement with her own real estate purchases for either primary residences or for secondary passive income. Kris’ goal is to learn the needs of her clients and facilitate a match for their future home with their current family needs.
