Homes for Heroes is an organization that formed after the tragic events of 9/11 as a way to say "Thank You" to the Heroes of our nation. It's a way to give back to our local Heroes who include but are not limited to: Firefighter, Police Officers, Military Personnel, First Responders, Teachers and Health Care Workers.
This program does not stop at giving back when our local Heroes utilize our service. The Homes for Heroes Foundation is also offered and is a public non-profit charity. Its mission is to provide or coordinate financial assistance and housing resources to our nation's Heroes who demonstrate neediness.
In the Arneson Group, we believe it's important to make a positive impact in the community in which we live. The way that we contribute to and recognize the efforts of the Heroes around us is by teaming up with Homes For Heroes. This program allows us to give back to our local community Heroes by offering them rebates when they buy or sell with us. We have been fortunate enough to help our local Heroes save money on their home purchase and receive more cash back at the sale of their home. The basics of the program state that we willingly give 25% of our commission directly back to our client as a way of saying "Thank you" as well as an additional 5% back to the Homes for Heroes Foundation. Why would we do such a thing? Because everywhere we look there are local Heroes hard at work. Much of our family has served their community in some capacity. We know those Heroes often sacrifice their personal time and hard earned money for the benefit of the community. We feel strongly that it is only right to show them our gratitude in a way that they can directly see and feel.
